Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how My Brick (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our online real-estate discovery platform. It applies to Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Brokerages, Builders, and visitors who use My Brick websites and related services.
Who we are
My Brick provides a digital property experience platform: published listings, self-guided virtual tours, live virtual open houses, private virtual showings, messaging, an AI Property Assistant for listings that enable it, leads and analytics for authorized professionals, and related account tools.
My Brick is a technology platform. Unless we expressly say otherwise in a separate agreement, we do not act as your real-estate brokerage, lawyer, or fiduciary, and we do not complete property transactions or hold escrow funds on this platform.
Information you provide
Account and profile details such as name, email address, phone number (if provided), role selection, and organization information for Brokerage or Builder accounts.
Listing and property content you upload or manage, including descriptions, media, pricing, and related professional materials.
Messages you send through My Brick, showing and open-house registration details, and other engagement activity you choose to submit.
Support inquiries and other communications you send to us.
Information generated through use of MyBrick
We process platform activity needed to operate the product, such as saved properties, showing requests, open-house registrations, conversation participation, listing management actions, and professional analytics derived from MyBrick engagement.
When you use an AI Property Assistant on a listing, we process the questions and responses associated with that assistant so the feature can function and so authorized listing managers can improve knowledge content.
Technical data such as device/browser information, IP address, and basic usage logs may be processed for security, reliability, and service operation.
How we use information
To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and route people into the correct Buyer, Seller, Agent, Brokerage, Builder, or Admin experience.
To operate listings, tours, open houses, private showings, messaging, AI assistants, leads, analytics, and organization/team features.
To process subscriptions and billing through Stripe where you purchase a plan.
To communicate about your account, security notices, and service-related updates.
To protect the platform, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with applicable law.
How we share information
With other My Brick users as needed for the feature you use — for example, a Buyer message about a listing is delivered to the responsible listing representative; open-house hosts can see registrations for events they manage.
With service providers that help us run My Brick, such as hosting, authentication/database providers, email delivery, analytics infrastructure we configure, and Stripe for payments. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations appropriate to their role.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of My Brick, our users, or the public.
We do not sell personal information as a business model.
Payments
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe according to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices. My Brick stores subscription and billing status needed to manage entitlements, not full card numbers.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a cloud software platform, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain account, listing, messaging, and engagement records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by record type.
Your choices
You may update profile information available in your account settings.

Children
My Brick is intended for adults capable of forming a binding account agreement. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Canadian context and changes
My Brick is operated with Canadian users and Canadian privacy expectations in mind. Depending on where you live, additional local privacy rights may apply.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
